Two softbound volumes containing manuscript minutes of monthly meetings of Banagher Improvement Association. Minutes relate to matters such as securing sites for a Fair-Green, improvement of footpaths, securing a weighbridge for Banagher, improvement of the rail service to Banagher (30th July 1927) and public lighting (11th November 1927). Relates also to claims for one of the new beet factories by Western and Midland Beet Sugar Factory Promoters Union, and local Relief Work Schemes (11th January 1933).

War Pensions Committee ms Memoranda Book containing draft and copy letters from R. H. Moore Hon. Secretary of Banagher Local War Pensions Committee. Letters chiefly relate to recommendations for acceptance of pension applications and arrangements for the completion of medical reports on applicants.
Contains also requests by Moore for payment for his work carried out on the committee. Letter of 9th May 1918 records the securing of three rooms in Banagher Technical School for the accommodation of Belgian refugees.

It includes, for example an account of visit to Banagher Boys National School of Rev Dr Monaghan, PP, Dean of Ardagh and Clonmacnoise.
There is a printed petition to Great Southern and Western Railways regarding proposed discontinuance of services from Banagher to Clara, and several published letters relating to promotion of Banagher Great Fair.
Includes also, letter dated 15th May 1906 on the importance of compulsory education and account of the funeral of the Rev. M. J. Moore S. J. in October 1936.

Case profiles record name and address of patient; name of medical attendant; approved insurance society; recommendation of the T.B. officer as to whether domiciliary, dispensary or sanatorium treatment is required; the nature of the treatment decided by the insurance committee; date of treatment, admission and discharge; and payments to medical doctors. Cases profiles are annotated if patient has died.
