Wills of Charles Achmuty Mills.

Two wills of Charles Achmuty Mills each bequeathing his wife his house at 37 Clarinda Mount, Kingstown [Dun Laoghaire], County Dublin; both houses at 3 and 4 Carlisle Terrace, Round Town Road, County Dublin; and all of his money kept in the Belfast Bank. Upon the decease of Anne Mills, he bequeaths Margaret Lamb and Jane Lamb the house at 37 Clarinda Mount, Kingstown [Dun Laoghaire], Dublin, for the remainder of their lives, as well as any remaining money.

Deed between Charles Achmuty Mills and Jane Lamb.

Deed of lease of the lands of Marietta, Glasthule, County Dublin, from Charles Achmuty Mills to Jane Lamb for sixty years. According to notes attached to the deed, the large portion missing from the left margin of the deed was due to a later attempt to endorse a conveyance on this deed, which was later abandoned.
