Catalogue of the valuable and extensive collection of Ancient and Modern Paintings, the property of Mister Charles Brien of 54 South Richhmond Street, Dublin, County Dublin to be sold at auction at the salesrooms at 6 Upper Ormond Quay, Dublin, County Dublinon Wednesday, 14th December 1887, by Bennett and Son Auctioneers of 6 Upper Ormond Quay. This auction was attended by Wiliam Lamb, and he has marked the paintings he purchased. Attached is a note from Francis William Lamb listing the three paintings purchased and the prices paid.
