Letter from Dublin Castle to John Rice Lamb Governor of the Richmond Convict Depot, requesting the transfer of the bodies of convicts from the Richmond Convict Depot to the Transport Mount Stuart Elphinis in the harbour. Convicts named for transport are: William Smith O'Brien; Terence B mannus; Thomas Hamish Meagher; Patrick O'Donoghue; Kevin Izod O'Doherty; John Martin.
