This series reflects one of the biggest divisions of D. E. Williams Ltd., ranging from their business as grocery wholesalers, importers of wines, spirits and tea, their business as seed merchants, and manufacturers of soft drinks, as well as their large bottling operation.

This file contains a copy of the Will and Codicil of Georgiana Trench. Also included in this file is a letter from Weston solicitors 35 Essex Street, London, England. In this letter Weston states that he only has one part of the will dated 11 June 1881and that he encloses a copy of said will and the codicil.

Will written and stamped by Constance Plunkett-Johnston, bequeathing her money and toilet to her mother Maria Blanche Plunkett-Johnston; her fan, chest of drawers, and pearls to her grandmother Lizzie Fuller; her candlestick to her aunt Nanny Fuller; and her monkey, screen to cousin Charley; her dolls to Winny Miles; and her desk to uncle Adam. She appoints Thomas D Costello her executor.
