Revocation reciting deed of 23 June 1857 between Charles William George Bury and Arabella Louisa Case, Alfred Bury and Frances Berry. In reference to deed of 7 March 1850 between the Charles William George and Arabella Louise Case and trustees of their marriage settlement outlines leaseholds in the parish of St Paul's, Dublin and a leasehold subject to two mortgages of £500 each and declaring that the trust premises be assigned to Alfred Bury and Frances Berry as trustees.
Conveyance by Robert William Von Stieglitz and Andrew Connolly pursuant to proceedings before the commissioners and the sale by Colonel Thomas Bernard of lands at Cloonagh West and part of the lands at Cloonagh East held in fee simple and duly ordered by the commissioners to be sold by public auction. Stieglitz purchased these lands for the sum of £6075. This indenture, in consideration of £5000 paid by Andrew Connolly to Von Stieglitz and subject to rent charge of £19 8s, Stieglitz releases lands at Cloonagh West comprising 372 acres to Andrew Connolly.
