This series contains warehouse ledgers reflecting the whiskey stock and production from the early 1900s up to the 1960s. Relating to the distillery production there is a collection of publications with tables, measurements and guidelines and additionally a number of statuary instruments i.e. public acts and duty regulations.
In three boxes there are 14 warehouse registers to the wine and spirits distribution in the 1980s, stamped by B. Daly & Co. Ltd..

Whiskey sales ledgers and journals from the early 1900s up to the 1960s, including a ledger with export numbers

This section comprises two volumes reflecting on the one hand the purchase of fuel i.e. coal, timber and turf in the 1940s and on the other hand whiskey and spirt purchases in the 1940s and 1950s.
Volume no. 3 contains wages of workers of the poultry division.
