              Photograph album compiled by Theodora Trench between 1919 and 1921. The photographs within the album were taken by Theodora as she traveled around the world.

              Among the places she visited she included Canada, New Zealand, Tahiti, Samoa and Australia.
              Theodora Trench spent a vast amount of time in New Zealand and as a result of this a significant proportion of the album is made up of photographs taken during her time there. Theodora visited places such as Lake Kaniere, Mount Tarawera and Lake Rotomahana. She also visited the homes of Māori people such as Ohinemutu a living Māori village on the shores of Lake Rotorua. Photographs of these meeting are included in the album. On 29 April 1920 Theodora attended a Māori reception given to HRH Prince of Wales. The photographs of this reception show Prince Edward reading an address to the Māori people, a Māori haka, The Prince of Wales inspecting a gun, a Māori woman, a Māori husband and wife and a Māori chief.

              During her time in Canada Theodora visited the Canadian Rockies and included photographs of the surrounding scenery in the album.

              Theodora also a number of islands and took photographs of her encounters with the local people and of the scenery. During her travels she vised Tahiti, Raratonga, Samoa, Fiji Islands and Vavaʻu and Haʻapai in Tonga.

              Theodora also visited Bolingbroke in Australia. The photographs taken in Australia were mainly of friends and family. They included a photograph of Effie Turnor and Theodora bringing in cows, the Rush family and Graham Turnor.

              13 volumes of photograph albums, known to Offaly Historical and Archaeological Society as the Magan-Biddulph Collection. complied by Lt. Col. Middleton Westenra Biddulph, landowner of the Rathrobin estate, near Mountbolus, County Offaly. Biddulph was born in Rathrobin in 1849, the eldest surviving son of Francis Marsh Biddulph and Lucy Bickerstaff. The Biddulph family's landholding was principally in the townlands of Rathrobin and those adjoining of Clonseer, Cormeen, Kilmore and Mullaghcrohy, all near Mountbolus, in the civil parish of Killoughy and the barony of Ballyboy. Middleton Biddulph enlisted with the Northumberland Fusiliers (Fifth Regiment) in 1867, rising to the ranks of Lieutenant Colonel before his retirement in 1896. Following his retirement, Biddulph and his wife, Vera Josephine Flower, returned to Rathrobin and rebuilt the old house over the period 1898 to 1900. Biddulph served as High Sheriff for King's County in 1901, and was appointed Deputy Lieutenant of the county in 1910.

              As a keen amateur photographer, Biddulph used a quarter plate camera to document his various areas of interest including; his military career with the Northumberland Fusiliers; visits to country houses across Ireland, England and Scotland; members of the Biddulph and Magan family; visits around Ireland as part of the Royal Society of Antiquarians; interior and exterior photographs of Rathrobin House; agricultural work on the estate. There is also an extent of photographs of tenant families and employees of the Rathrobin estate, featured across the photograph albums.

              Biddulph and his wife left for England in June 1921 as the military campaign of the IRA in the locality intensified, and Rathrobin House was destroyed by Republican IRA forces in April 1923. While he seemed to have planned to return to Ireland after this, an attack on his land agent and niece, Violet Magan, and his own declining health delayed plans to do so, and he died in Chelsea in May 1926. The albums were presented to Offaly Historical and Archaeological Society in 1997 by Brigadier William Magan, a nephew of the photographer.

              Eleven letters from Constance Plunkett-Johnston to her mother Maria Blanche Plunkett-Johnston at Rockfield, Moate, County Westmeath. Constance was traveling to Germany with her cousin, Eva Marsh (later Monteith), and described their trip in great detail. Her letters are sent from the Euston Hotel, London, England; the Lord Warden Hotel, Dover, England; the Hotel De Flandre, Brussels, Belgium; the Grand Hotel, Homburg, Germany; Morley's Hotel, Trafalgar Square, London, England; and Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross, Dublin, Ireland.

              File of items Theodora Trench saved as souvenirs from her attendance at Maori reception to H.R.H the prince of Wales. The reception was held on 28 April 1920 in the Rotorua Jockey club, Rotorua, New Zealand. The file includes a programme and a ticket from the event; a passenger list from S.S Stella D'italia; itinerary from S.S Stella D'italia; dinner menu and concert programme from S.S Stella D'italia; unused luggage tags; R.M.S 'Tofua' Christmas dinner menu; letters to Benjamin Bloomfield Tranch regarding Thora's lost luggage and insuranc; R.M.S 'Tofua' map of saloon and second class passenger accommodation; Thora's passport; leaflets, maps,
              and guide books relating to Australia, Samoa, Canada, New Zealand.

              Also contains bundle of leaflets, maps, letters and programmes resulting from Theodora Trench's trip to Scotland; passenger list from S.S Bayono; a leaflet for Edinburgh International Music festival Motor Coach Tours 1847.

              Also contains bundle of pamphlets and leaflets from the Gallipoli and Salonika pilgrimage from the 1928 cruise; a leaflet from the St Barnabas pilgrimage to Gallipoli and Salonica 1926; and the Order of Service at Capes Helles memorial to the missing [soldiers].
