Marriage settlement in reference to the marriage of Thomas Russell Cradock and Mary Bury, daughter of William Bury and niece of Elizabeth Bury. The settlement states that ' in order to make a provision for any children she [Elizabeth] may have, she invests £1000 to pay the interest at 3.5% during the life of Mary Bury and after her death to her children in such shares as the said Mary Bury will decide'.
