This section comprises two volumes reflecting on the one hand the purchase of fuel i.e. coal, timber and turf in the 1940s and on the other hand whiskey and spirt purchases in the 1940s and 1950s.
Volume no. 3 contains wages of workers of the poultry division.

Each ledger contains monthly analysis at the end of each month (purchases of sugar, essences , sundries; empties, freight, corks and capsules, rent, advertising, office expenses, wages, repairs, coffee cups, fuel and light, laboratory supplies).

This section contains volumes to the property and premises management of D. E. Williams including insurance details and renewals, rents ledgers and registers of building works carried out in differing company divisions.

Includes sales for the home trade and for the export market. Each ledger contains monthly analysis at the end of the month (wages, freight, insurance, purchases, fuel and light, glasses, empties, telephone, advertising)
