Known all by these present that our most excellent Brother Abraham (Stritch) Fuller DD of the Symbolic Lodge of Free and accepted Masons No. 25 Dublin was duly received into the Order of Knights of the Eagle and Pelican in the Kilio Chapter No. at Dublin and was admitted and constituted A Prince, Grand Rose Croix on the 18 day of April in the year of our Lord 1878 and as such we recommend him to all our Brethren and to all Chapters and Councils of the higher orders of Masonry all over the World. In testimony where of We the President and other Officers of the Grand Chapter of Prince Masons for Ireland have hereunto subscribed our Names and caused to be affixed The Seal of our Grand Chapter, Given at the East f Ireland in the Valley of Dublin on the 11th day of June AD 1878."
