Refers to recent correspondence between the two in relation to the property at Tullabeg left by O’Brien’s sister Maria to the Society of Jesus. Responds to a number of assertions make by O’Brien with regard to rents and Poor Law rates, and contends that the takeover of the property by the Jesuits has actually benefited O’Brien’s estate.
